It looks really good! I haven't baked in ages, but it's not as scary as it sounds. I have a zillion quick bread recipes from high school foods class (ok, like eight and some tips on how to make them), I can make copies for you if you'd like. Also, my notes say they are better the next day because the flavors mingle and the loaf sets and is easier to cut. :) Bravo, Caroline! It looks really good!
