… Banana Bread. =D
(Seriously, check my Facebook if you don’t believe me.)
Yup yup it’s true my friends, I… baked!! I’ve always had a fear for baking though it’s been on my various to-do lists and annual resolutions for a long time. I was convinced it can’t be too bad if Kim successfully made a tasty banana bread LOL =P (That girl… in all these years I’ve known her, I’ve never tasted her cooking…)
And I’m proud to say mine tastes good too! XD This is the first time in my life that I ate banana bread 15min after it came out of the oven lol. (Yes it was burning hot. …stfu) The above pictured is the second loaf I made, which in terms of looks and taste is better than my very first loaf. I added less sugar (first one came out way too sweet for my taste, even though I used less than the recipe amount already O_O), did things the right order this time (without a certain somebody’s “help” cough…), and it came out very soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. MMMM just how I like ‘em!
This is gonna take some convincing but, despite how it looks, THIS FIRST LOAF DID TASTE GOOD LOL. In fact I ate 2 slices of this, and my friends devoured the rest. (Well, most of them were friends…… -trails off-) Walnuts are a pain to cut, the ones on the top!
I’m going to bake a loaf for my parents when I finally go home this weekend because they would never believe it on the phone that I baked lol. Chocolate chips as well anyone? =D

Person A: How’s your banana bread?
Person B: Good.
DRRRYYYYYYY :P
OMG LOOKS SO GOOD. ahhh want some… must come to canada to visit you (my sister lives in montreal but that’s far away ;_;!)
Bravo, Caroline! It looks really good! I haven’t baked in ages, but it’s not as scary as it sounds. I have a zillion quick bread recipes from high school foods class (ok, like eight and some tips on how to make them), I can make copies for you if you’d like. Also, my notes say they are better the next day because the flavors mingle and the loaf sets and is easier to cut. :)
WOWWWWWWW CAN YOU FRIGGIN MAKE ME SOME OF THAT GODLY DELICIOUS BREAD??? omggg it looks so good. can you give me the recipe?? :D
